How Do I Pay for Services You Provide?
QualityCare home care and companion services accepts Checks, Credit Cards, and electronic checks Payments, we accept payments directly from clients, Family members and conservators. all major credit cards are honored, we accept direct payments from insurance carriers and work closely with third parties/private insurance companies.
Do You Provide Care for Clients in Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals or Nursing Homes?
Yes. We can provide caregivers to residences in all type of facilities for those who need individualized care and/or assistance.
Are You Insured and Bonded?
Yes. All QualityCare employees are insured and bonded.
Are All Your Caregivers Licensed or Certified?
We ensure that all our caregivers are highly trained and have the relevant state certifications.
What Type of Screening Have Caregivers Undergone?
Every member of our home care staff has successfully completed a comprehensive background check that includes a review of criminal records, driving records,and employment verification. We run a federal background search on all of our caregivers where they have lived for the past ten (10) years.
Can You Provide Transportation for My Love Ones If Needed?
Within our service area QualityCare provides caregiver-drivers to transport or accompany clients to non-emergency medical appointments, shopping, social and recreational events and
other errand.
